You can customize the view of your answer by using a number of flexible tools in the Data View.
Click the three dots of a column header to change the configuration of a column. From here, you can add a filter by clicking Filters, then set your text, date, or numeric value range. Here we will set a text value filter for the course category column, a date value filter for the date enrolled column, and a numeric value filter for the number of courses enrolled column.
You can also set a formatting condition to a column. To learn more about how conditional formatting works, check out our “Conditional Formatting” video in the Help Center.
You can sort a column by clicking the column name. Do a secondary sort by holding shift while clicking another column name. The secondary sort will sort by the first column and then by the second one. So here we can see that the number of courses enrolled is sorted by course category first, then by itself. You can continue to add tertiary sorting, quaternary sorting, and so on, following this principle.
Date Bucketing can be adjusted in the column header by clicking the date bucket drop-down box. Select a different date bucket to reorganize your data. You can change the aggregation in the same way by clicking the appropriate drop-down box and changing the selection. Depending on the type of data in the column, you may be able to choose from total, average, min, max, total count, unique count, standard deviation, and variance.
You can also view headlines at the bottom of the table, which include some interesting metrics about the data. You can change the aggregations in the headlines by clicking the drop-down boxes.
Note that all of the changes you make are reflected at the top in the search bar.
Finally, you can download the table by clicking the download table icon. You have the option to download it as a comma separated values file (CSV), Excel worksheet (XLSX), or PDF.
